1. The radio stations. Mainly because it has STAR 98.9 (similar to STAR 98.7 back home). Also, I have found that I really enjoy NPR.
2. The stores at the mall. Picture this: Ann Taylor Loft, Forever 21, Express, New York N Company. What else could a girl need (besides an income to buy all these new clothes...)?
3. Effects of humidity (notice how I cleverly didn't say humidity... just its effects). For example, yesterday while leaving the movie theater my glasses fogged up just cause it was LITERALLY steaming outside. And then there's also the random condensation on glass doors and windows. Even when it's not raining. Weird!
4. The nearest beach is only two hours away. "Well, how do you know that?" you may be thinking. Because I went to the beach this weekend! Yes, it's true. The water was warm, the sand was white, the waves were calm, and there was no massive climb back to the car when we were done. Perfection.
5. I have a washer/dryer AND a dishwasher in my apartment. That's right, be jealous.
6. Tallahassee and lassie rhyme.
7. The grocery store next to all the fraternity and sorority houses is completely empty at 9am Sunday morning.
8. My red/itchy eyes are 95% healed of their condition.
9. I'll never have to buy lotion again (see above, regarding humidity).
10. New friends. :)
There you have it!

5. Those use a lot of water.
6. Silly girl.
7. So is the Walmart by my house.
8. That's good at least.
9. Lotion smells good.
10. Old Friends.
So there...
Bill, I miss you, too!!
Tim and Tara, classes are well. I'm learning lots already. I even survived the first big presentation of the semester. Yay! Hope you're both well.
