1. "Remember that one time ..." Now, it's preferable if what follows this phrase is a description of what is currently happening (e.g. "Remember that one time I was writing a blog entry?"). However, saying "Remember that one time I kept saying 'remember that one time...'?" may be a bit of an overkill (trust me, I've tried it).
2. The awkward dance. I wish I could say this was my creation, but it originated from Notre Dame friends. See photograph below for demonstration:
3. "La-la-la-lame!" This is another one I stole. I got it from my twin sister. People will appreciate you for pointing out something lame in such an entertaining fashion.
4. "Use words..." When someone is having difficulty getting a thought out, this phrase is sure to help them. After all, I did research on lexical access. It's like I'm a word expert!
5. "It's not goodbye, it's just I'll never see you again!" This one comes from my Notre Dame friend, Bill. Nothing breaks up a sad departing moment better than laughter. I must say I've said it countless times this week. :P
So after writing this tongue-in-cheek list, I realize that I'm not very original! I've basically stolen three of these from friends. Hm. It seems that my legacy is just sharing my old friends' legacies with others. I guess that's not such a bad thing after all. :)

Woo hoo, Bill gets a shout out. I appreciate the credit, tho I think I stole it from a movie, but I don't remember which. I feel like it was one of the naked guns, probably the third one. Yep, just looked it up, Frank Drebin from Naked Gun 33 1/3. If you've ever found me funny, its most likely because I said something I stole from a book, movie, tv show, or song. You don't like me, Eileen, you like the things I've consumed, haha. I missssssss yooooouuuuuuuuu!
I get out a shout out as well! I, too, stole "La la la laaamme!" from someone else. But the important thing is that I don't remember who I stole it from. So then it makes it feel original, even though it's not. :)
